Overview

Every row in the Fax Dashboard represents a single fax transaction. Columns are designed to surface the most important details needed for triage, assignment, and follow-up.
You can configure and order columns as per your preferred view using “Manage Columns”

Column reference

To

The destination fax number or inbox (for example, Team iFax).

From

The sending fax number or email address used to send the fax.

Document

Displays:
  • Document name
  • Page count
Click the document to preview or download it. Document detail view allow you to take multiple actions detailed here - Document View.

Labels / Subject

Optional tags applied to the fax, such as Lab or Referral, used for categorization and filtering.

Status

Shows the current delivery state. Chech detailed statuses with their meanings inDashboard Filters -> Status

Assigned to

Indicates which user is responsible for the fax. Unassigned faxes can be claimed directly from the dashboard to prevent missed follow-ups.
You can apply Automation rules to automatically assign documents. Learn more in Automations.

Retries

Shows the number of resend attempts made for failed faxes, providing visibility into delivery reliability.Learn more about configuring retry attempts.

Date created

The date and time the fax was sent or received.
All columns can be sorted to view the most recent activity first.

Column visibility depends on your workspace configuration. Contact your admin if customization is required.
Unassigned faxes have not yet been claimed by a user and require assignment before processing.
