With Amplify broadcast fax, you can:

• Upload a single document and reuse it across recipients

Sending a broadcast fax

1. Sign in to your Amplify dashboard.
2. Navigate to Broadcast Fax from the main menu.
3. Click New Broadcast.
4. Add recipient fax numbers or upload a recipient list.
5. Upload the document you want to send.
6. Review the broadcast details.
7. Click Send to start the broadcast.

Amplify automatically processes and sends broadcast faxes in batches to improve delivery reliability.

Scheduling broadcast faxes

You can schedule a broadcast fax to be sent at a later date and time instead of sending it immediately. This is helpful if you want to align delivery with business hours or planned communications.

To schedule a broadcast fax:

1. While creating a broadcast, choose Schedule instead of Send.
2. Select the date and time.
3. Save your schedule.

Recurring scheduling is supported for broadcast faxes, allowing you to send the same fax repeatedly on a defined schedule.

Managing broadcast faxes

After sending or scheduling a broadcast fax, you can:

• View its delivery status
• See which recipients were successful or failed
• Cancel or reschedule a broadcast before it is sent
