How It Works

  1. Open the AI Chat panel from a fax
  2. Select a saved prompt fro prompt library or type a new prompt (Example: Give me a summary of this fax)
  3. Run the prompt on the fax
  4. Review the AI-generated response
  5. Use Manage Prompts to add, edit or delete your saved prompts.
AI Chat works best when OCR is enabled so fax images are converted into searchable text.
